Placing an order

Payments are made using PayPal, credit or debit card or BitPay when ordering online. These methods allow you to use an existing account or use your credit or debit card without creating an account.
Payments by phone are processed using services provided by Worldpay. We can accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex as well as Solo, Delta, Electron and Eurocard.
Your chosen payment method will be charged when you place your order.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, users under the age of 18 are prohibited from purchasing from us. Nicotine is a powerful and toxic drug and should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18. Orders from customers we believe to be under 18 will be cancelled and refunded.

Our standard delivery option, Royal Mail First Class, takes 1-2 days. If you need guaranteed next day delivery please select next day at checkout and order before 4pm. Next Day orders may be sent using Royal Mail or UKMail; a tracking number will be provided with both methods.
We will not be held responsible for any delays occurring in the postal service due to adverse weather conditions or industrial action. We will replace parcels lost by the postal operators we employ after an appropriate period has passed.
Please ensure you specify a correct delivery address and ensure your billing and delivery addresses are correct. Orders without a full address will not be shipped until we can confirm the address with you.
When purchasing from any website, including us, you are protected by the distance selling regulations.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your order. You may then return the goods to us in their original condition. You must inform us of your intention to return goods before doing so. We can be contacted by email or in writing.
You will be required to pay the cost of return postage and are responsible for the safe return of the goods to us. For this reason we advise you obtain proof of postage. We will make a full refund for the cost of the goods when we receive them back and find them in original condition.
If the goods are faulty, we will send you a replacement, issue store credit or make a full refund depending on your choice. You will be required to return the faulty goods and we will make a refund for return shipping (based on standard First Class shipping)..

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing for us to hold the data that you provide to us and use it in the process of fulfilling your order. Data will remain on our system for you to use when ordering in the future; you may change or remove data by logging into your account or by contacting us and asking for it to be removed.

Discount codes are issued by us and with their own terms and conditions regarding their applicability to products and their compatibility with other discount codes. We reserve the right to withdraw discounts codes without notice. If you notice a problem with a discount code, please contact us.
Customers accrue reward points for purchases made online. The current rate is 5 points per £1 spent. The value of these points is currently 1p per point off the cost of your order. We reserve the right to change the rate for new orders or value of discount points.
Rewards points already earned will be honoured at the previous value, or if higher, the new value.
Reward points may be spent on any goods and there is no maximum or minimum order value. We reserve the right to exclude products from coverage.
