You can return goods for two reasons: if you change your mind within seven days of receipt, or if the goods are faulty.
If you change your mind
You may return goods up to seven days after receiving them from us, provided they are in original condition. You must inform us that you intend to return good within this period – you can contact us by writing - to 48 Friar Lane, Nottingham. NG1 6DQ, by phone - calling 0115 947 6860 or by email - firstname.lastname@example.org. You must pay for return delivery unless the goods were faulty.
If the goods you have received are faulty or a fault arises within the warranty period then you may return them to us and you can choose a refund, store credit or replacement. Please check the goods in your order after receiving them.
Most of the products we sell are disposable in nature with limited lifespans. There will be some natural variation in the lives of these products. We will not accept goods as faulty unless the life of the product is unreasonably short or dead on arrival.
We offer the following warranty periods for our products:
- Cartomizers and coils – 1 week
- Atomizers – 2 weeks
- Clearomizers and tanks (excluding coil/cartomizer) – 1 month
- Batteries, chargers – 3 months
E-liquids may not be returned unless they arrived damaged. We can accept no responsibility for personal taste.
If you wish to return a faulty item you should email us at email@example.com.
You should then send your returned items to CoolVape, 48 Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 6DQ, obtaining proof of postage. Your postage will be refunded on receipt of your items.
